Brilliantly clear, light, sunny yellow color with a creamy foam note. In the foreground are fruity-fresh hop aromas, reminiscent of citrus fruits and melon. Very sparkling with a slim, elegant body followed by a concise, finely tart hop bitterness, which ends in a pleasantly dry finish. This beer appeals to all the senses and is pleasantly enjoyable.
Our 8th vintage gave us wines of greater balance, the dry and hot vintage meant smaller berries that in turn led to more concentrated aromas and flavors.
