Our Gin is dedicated to Giandomenico Brunello, a third-generation member of
our family of distillers. Born in 1916, he was a pilot who took his biplane, a CR42 FALCO, soaring over Africa and northern Europe.
Even after the end of the war, Giandomenico continued flying, in search for new ingredients and flavors with one thought in mind: to one day offer them in ‘Made in Veneto’ products.

The ingredients, all carefully selected, include rosemary, mint and precious juniper berries from the Apennines, together with the pure waters of Monte Nerone. The botanicals, dosed with equilibrium, are left to infuse in an alcoholic base of full grade wheat.
