Our Gin is dedicated to Giandomenico Brunello, a third-generation member of
our family of distillers. Born in 1916, he was a pilot who took his biplane, a CR42 FALCO, soaring over Africa and northern Europe.
Even after the end of the war, Giandomenico continued flying, in search for new ingredients and flavors with one thought in mind: to one day offer them in ‘Made in Veneto’ products.

Young Grappa obtained from the distillation of a blend of white pomace of Tocai, Prosecco and Gargànega grapes from the Berici Hills and from the Valdobbiadene area (Veneto). Distilled with artisanal method, Grappa Bianca Quaranta is of rare harmony and delicacy. Tasting it you appreciate the cleanliness of the aromas and the sincerity of the taste. It goes well with a soft cheese, excellent after a light lunch or dinner. 40 Alc. – 700 ml Bordeaux bottle with separate case.
This premium Young Grappa is obtained from the pomace of the Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and other autochthonous varieties, which are used to produce the renowned Amarone wine in the Valpolicella (Veneto region).
Distilled according to a traditional method, this grappa’s intense aroma carries fruity notes. It is soft, straightforward and full of flavor.
This grappa is obtained from the expert distillation of white-berried vine, mainly cultivated at the foot of hills and in the hills in the province of Reggio Emilia. Called it “Pomoria” or “Pellegrina” and than “Spergolina”.
This Young Semi-Aromatic Grappa is obtained from a blend of semi-aromatic grape pomaces, notably from the Pinot, Moscato and “Incrocio Manzoni 6.0.13” varieties grown in the Veneto region.
This Young Single-Vintage Grappa is made from a blend of fermented red grape pomaces of the Carmenere and Raboso varieties originating from wineries in the Veneto region.
To create this wonderful grappa, we selected the best red grape pomaces originating from the Veneto region.
We use a discontinuous still consisting of copper heating boilers that provide low-pressure direct steam.
The grappa thus obtained is then transferred to wooden barrels, where it ages in our government-sealed warehouse.
This grappa is obtained from the distillation of a selected blend of fermented red and white grape pomaces originating from small Venetian wineries. The pomace is selected and bought in sealed bags, so to fully preserve its characteristics.
