This Young Single-Vintage Grappa is made from a blend of fermented red grape pomaces of the Carmenere and Raboso varieties originating from wineries in the Veneto region.
It is distilled according to a traditional method to preserve its strong taste-olfactory characteristics. Its aroma is reminiscent of the red grape pomace it came from. This is a traditional grappa dedicated to the Veneto region.
It pairs extremely well with aged Asiago cheese and it lends itself to the local custom of “Rasentin”, to rinse the after-dinner espresso coffee cup whit it.
