To create this wonderful grappa, we selected the best red grape pomaces originating from the Veneto region.
We use a discontinuous still consisting of copper heating boilers that provide low-pressure direct steam.
The grappa thus obtained is then transferred to wooden barrels, where it ages in our government-sealed warehouse.

This grappa is obtained from the distillation of a selected blend of fermented red and white grape pomaces originating from small Venetian wineries. The pomace is selected and bought in sealed bags, so to fully preserve its characteristics.

For this grappa rich in sensorial emotions, only fresh pomace of red grape from Montepulciano is used, characterized by excellent acidity and an important sugar content. It is the same vine that gives rise to great wines appreciated all over the world for the generosity of taste. The distillation in a bain-marie enhances and enhances the hints of fruit and partly of undergrowth.

The Sangiovese is one of the most common and important red grape vines in Italy. Of antique origins and very eclectic, it expresses its organoleptic qualities in a wide variety of fine wines.
