GIN BLACK

OdeV Italian Gin “Black” is a Dry Gin of vinous origin (obtained from the distillation of partially fermented wine). As already done for vodka, even with gin we pursue the idea of ​​“MEDITERRANEAN DISTILLATE”. The Mediterranean means sun. The sun means roundness, softness, complexity, explosive scents. It is this idea that we have pursued trying to determine the recipe of the botanicals that characterize “Black” and “White”. Black is a very fragrant, complex and elegant gin, quite soft, but less soft than the “White” variant due to a lower presence of vanilla beans, the absence of figs and a light smoking of rosemary. In short, a “super gin” capable of making a gin and tonic such a pleasant and satisfying experience as to make it an alternative to wine.
