GIN

The secret of Gin Collesi lies in the excellence and variety of the ingredients. Pure water from Monte Nerone and seven different botanicals: first of all the berries of a precious juniper typical of the Apennines and then sour cherries, sweet cherries from the Marche region, hops, wild rose, walnut shell and Italian orange and lemon peel . The botanicals, wisely dosed, are left to infuse in an alcoholic base of full grade wheat. The infusion is then diluted with Monte Nerone water and then refrigerated at – 15 ° for at least 30 hours, filtered, bottled and left to mature in the dark for 4 long months.
