GIN BARREL

A gin of great value subjected to a patient aging process and obtained from a selection of excellent raw materials. Pure water from Monte Nerone and seven botanicals: juniper berries typical of the Apennines, sour cherries from the Marche with sweet and juicy pulp, wild rose and Italian orange and lemon peel. The ingredients, artfully calibrated with each other, are left to infuse in an alcoholic base of full grade wheat. The infusion, diluted with pure water from Monte Nerone, is then refrigerated at – 15 ° for at least 30 hours, filtered and aged in barriques for a year.
