D Wine is the result of a double distillation carried out separately, of various qualities of wines from the Treviso area, so that each single vine can keep its organoleptic characteristics, but above all to allow a perfect balance in the assembly.
D Wine is the result of a double distillation carried out separately, of various qualities of wines from the Treviso area, so that each single vine can keep its organoleptic characteristics, but above all to allow a perfect balance in the assembly. The double distillation used, allows to obtain a brandy of particular elegance and of such purity as to make it unique and difficult to imitate. The next stage is aging. The duration of the same was calibrated on the basis of the transfers of tannins and lignin. The distillate is placed for the first 30 months in oak tonneau, and then finished the aging in barriques of different woods. These particular woods have given D Wine an intense amber color and have transferred unique aromas to the product.
