Dominated by aromas of fresh bread and pastries, the nose reveals a generous density on the nose. A floral and summery register then presents itself with notes reminiscent of ripe wheat, flax and rapeseed. Very quickly, meringue notes take center stage with fragrances of hazelnuts, pralines and candied fruit. Toasted notes express maturity, complexity and a certain generosity.
